Late Autumn Canopy takes the same dense, vertical field of stylized leaf and tree forms as Midsummer Canopy and shifts the palette toward the end of the growing season, teal, gold, burnt orange, deep red, and forest green standing side by side with a warmer, more weathered feel than its summer companion. Each shape stays flat and faceted, built from solid colour blocks with visible surface grain, some rounded like a leaf caught mid-fall, others split down the centre with two tones meeting at a single stem. Small ferns and sprigs of green fill the gaps between the larger forms, keeping the density from settling into one repeating shape. Where Midsummer Canopy holds its jewel tones cool and confident, this version leans into the reds and golds of a season already turning, the same structure carrying an entirely different mood.
Every canopy that reaches a summer peak eventually turns toward autumn. Late Autumn Canopy takes Midsummer Canopy's structure and lets the palette shift with it, trading navy and cool jewel tones for the burnt oranges, deep reds, and golds of a season already changing. The idea was never to invent a new pattern, but to prove the same dense, vertical logic could carry warmth as easily as it carries jewel-tone confidence.
A room dressed in Late Autumn Canopy feels warm and richly layered, working particularly well paired with Midsummer Canopy across connected spaces, one room in summer's palette, the next in autumn's. It suits a space that wants colour with real depth rather than a single dominant tone, and it pairs naturally with warm wood, brass, and deep upholstery. Live with it, and the shift from Midsummer Canopy becomes clear, the same dense structure now carrying an entirely different season.
This design is available in three layout scales:
Grand: A larger-scale composition that reads with authority across statement furniture and feature walls.
Classic: A balanced, repeated layout with natural structure and rhythm. Works across most applications.
Detailed: A fine-scale repeat where the impasto texture becomes the surface itself. Ideal for scatter cushions, smaller upholstery panels, and layered soft furnishings.
Style tip: Use a measuring tape to mark out 50cm on your planned project surface. That window shows you exactly how the Detailed scale brings texture and rhythm into a smaller space.
