A Philosophy of Returns
CANVAS:
The journey of a canvas from our studio to your home or office is a careful one. Each piece undergoes a meticulous quality check to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to grace your walls.
In the unfortunate event that your canvas arrives damaged, we need to address it right away. We require photographic proof of the damage to both the packaging and the product, which must be sent immediately upon receipt of the order. This instant verification is crucial because once the package is accepted and not checked for damage, we cannot offer a replacement at a later date.
Because each canvas is an exclusive and considered creation, we do not offer exchanges for a change of mind.
FABRIC & WALLPAPER
Our art for walls and interiors is a deeply personal expression, a foundation for your space. Because each wallpaper and fabric is a piece made just for you, resized and manufactured to the exact meterage you need, with the pattern aligned precisely to your order, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. This is the very nature of a bespoke product: it is brought into existence specifically for your project.
We believe the journey to a perfect space begins with a complete understanding of your vision. For larger orders, we recommend you order a sample first. A 250mm x 250mm or 500mm x 500mm sample is an essential part of the design process, allowing you to see a full pattern and feel the material. This is especially important for our Grand, Classic, and Detailed Design Sizes, which reveal their full character on a larger scale.
When your order arrives, it’s a moment of truth. Please unroll or unfold your fabric and wallpaper to check for any defects immediately. We will cover the shipping fees if there is any damage to the product itself. However, because our work is so precise, we must require photographic proof of damage to both the packaging and the product upon receipt. This instant verification is crucial—once the package is accepted without a check for damage, we cannot offer a replacement later on.
Some materials do not have a pure white base, which results in a subtle shift in tone, giving each piece a dimension you can only experience in person. This slight variation adds to the authenticity of a product made to order. This is not an error but a unique characteristic of the different base materials we use.
