About This Design
Las Margaritas fills the surface with full daisy forms rendered in multi-petal impasto-style strokes that radiate from a tight central cluster. Deep navy grades into rich teal across the lower bloom, warm amber and burnt orange fill the upper petal sets, and deep crimson and magenta appear in the secondary forms scattered across the white ground. The graduation of colour within each flower, from dark at the centre outward to lighter tones at the petal tips, gives every bloom a dimensional quality that reads as genuinely tonal rather than flat pattern. The petals themselves are long and tapered, fanning outward with a rhythm that suggests movement even when the fabric is still. At fabric scale this design is strongest on large surface areas where the full daisy form can be appreciated. A full sofa, a generous headboard, or a run of floor-length curtains where the tonal graduation within each bloom becomes part of the room's lighting rather than just its decoration.
The Inspiration
The Fiesta de Colores collection draws from the warmth and vibrance of traditional Mexican celebration. Las Margaritas carries the daisy form into deeper, more complex colour territory than Margaritas Libres. Where that design scatters freely in bright individual tones, this one builds each bloom from a tonal range that moves from shadow to light across the surface of a single flower. It draws from the tradition of Mexican painted ceramics, where the same flower form is rendered with layered depth and a palette that shifts across the surface of the glaze.
What It Carries
Las Margaritas is the most tonally sophisticated design in Flores de Fiesta. The navy-to-teal graduation within each bloom gives the fabric a quality that changes with the light, reading darker and richer in lower light and brighter and more teal in natural daylight. This responsiveness to light is what makes it work on large surface areas where flat pattern would become static. It suits rooms with varied lighting conditions and furniture substantial enough to carry a design with this much interior complexity.
Design Size Options
This design is available in three layout scales:
Grand: A larger-scale composition that reads with authority across statement furniture and feature walls.
Classic: A balanced, repeated layout with natural structure and rhythm. Works across most applications.
Detailed: A fine-scale repeat where the impasto texture becomes the surface itself. Ideal for scatter cushions, smaller upholstery panels, and layered soft furnishings.
Style tip: Mark out a small section on your planned project surface to see how the Detailed scale reads in your space. That preview will show you exactly how the texture and rhythm land before you commit to a size.

Preview Disclaimer
Please note: Slight tonal variations may appear between previews and your final printed fabric. This is a result of base fabric texture, lighting conditions in styled photography, and natural variation between fabric substrates. Preview images are styled to show the design's potential across different applications.
